Great seller. I placed a small order for a switch and wall plate. The plate arrived with a small scratch on it. I contacted them via email; I had a reply within an hour, the replacement plate shipped same day, and I received it in two days. Josh even emailed me the tracking number for the replacement. All for a less-than two dollar item. That's how you take care of customers! Fruit Ridge will be my go-to from now on!

I recently placed a fairly large order with Fruit Ridge Tools for some dimmer switches. No fault of theirs, they were not what I thought I needed. They made the return process and the refund extremely easy for me with no hassles at all. Their communication was prompt and I felt like I was in good hands with this company.

Great selection of electrical switches, specialty receptacles & covers at very reasonable price points. Solid customer support and fast postal shipping to Canada. I've placed several orders over a few years with a good experience every time.

Outstanding customer service! My initial order was incorrect. Within 12 hr of notifying Fruit Ridge Tools, they shipped out the correct order. And didn't require that I ship the incorrect order back!
