Good gym lost 4% body fat percentage for challenge

My gym for the past 6 years and very handy for me whether after work or coming from home. Latest staff in Elmira is friendly and professional. Gym is always clean and well set up so no stumbling over others or equipment.

Had a good time with this gym during the Thanksgiving weight loss challenge, I ended up signing up as a regular. Never too busy, and the other guests & staff are cool

Tried to get ahold of staff. No staff is in the building at randomly throughout the week dispite post hours. Automated phone answering service not working and Voice mailbox is full. Gym itself has a great selection of free weights and machine weights, but getting customer service is very difficult.

Friendly people
