The atmosphere is great; very relaxing. Maya is an awesome massage therapist.

If you have shoulder knots, Maya is the one for you! She knows how to find and address those pressure points. I highly recommend her!

I have received acupuncture, massage, used the float tank, and meditated here. All of the above were pleasant experiences and am making another appointment now.

Live Well Upstate is one of the most welcoming, helpful, and kind places I have every been. I've worked with Seamus on several occasions for various ailments, which he has helped me deal with through acupuncture. The sessions have helped ease pain, but even more important to me is the general feeling of wellness I've experienced time. Seamus treats me like I'm his only client, and I can tell he truly cares about my health and wellness. It's an amazing feeling. We go through our days being busy and thinking about external things, and this place and the people there bring us back to ourselves, encouraging us to be good to ourselves and take care of our bodies and spirits. I'm not sure my words have adequately described how wonderful I find Live Well Upstate!
