I ordered chou mei fun without shrimp.It came with uncooked shrimp and uncooked chicken, making it inedible. Order time was 30 minutes and we waited an hour. They were understaffed and there were easily twice as many people in the restaurant as there should have been to practice social distancing. They used to make good food. They acted like they had given up and were just pushing food through.
The food was outstanding but we waited an hour for an order we placed in advance over the phone...an hour after we were told it would be ready for pickup. The food was good enough that I'll go back anyway.
Waited forever!! They told me half hour and it was over an hour!! They need more people, only 2 working at a time. Sometimes they dont even answer their phone. Food is average. The staff does not acknowledge you are there for your food, I won't be eating here again.
The food was great, but it was so busy with people thinking they should go ahead of people that had already paid for their food and was waiting in line for pick up. The gentleman behind the counter was quite pleasant, but we did not get the 3 extra side orders of fortune cookies that were paid for. A customer had come all the way from Bradford , Pa fir her food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back.
They have some good food and a friendly staff. Make sure you have cash though because they don't take cards at the moment, but I do recommend this place!
