4 Below Haggy's Bar and Grill

Upon entering I was elated to see the new decor. The restaurant is clean and tidy. This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat, and sit to drink on the low. Haggy is a great bartender and there’s always something to talk about. The wait staff are very friendly and patrons are even friendlier.

I feel I have to review this due to all the 5 star reviews. This place seemed slightly above average to me. The food wasn't bad but not great. I wanted to try a beer but they didn't have a list, rather the waitress just read them off, which I don't really care for. All in all, not bad, but I wouldn't choose to go back.

Very friendly staff and attentive service. The food was good very. Offers unique restaurant concept. I recommend and I will definitely go again!

Very neat little place. Prices were very reasonable for the food you get. Staff was very friendly. Will return next time I visit.

The service here was absolutely horrible ... the restaurant was not that busy - our server was the waitress the bartender and the bar back and on top of that she was rude.nnIt took almost an hour to round up some fries, a grilled cheese and a chicken sandwich. Do not waste your time or money here.
