I've been using Rite Aid Pharmacy for many years. I am truly blessed to have such compassionate and competent people working hard to make sure my family's needs are met. Their skills far surpass my expectations and their kindness speaks volumes. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work it does not go unnoticed.

What ever happened to customer service?! The old manager was rude and the new manager is just as bad, if not worse. When a customer comes in the door and you make eye contact with them, a friendly hello and smile or something would be nice! She wasn't helping anyone, just simply walked by and ignored me with a displeased look on her face. Two customers were in the store when I stopped in, a gentleman and myself. After we both got the items we needed, we both waited at the unattended register for several minutes. Finally, the manager heard me say something and rang the buzzer to call for help, but she proceeded to stay in her office. The employee that rang the gentleman and myself out was just as unfriendly. The only employees at that store that are friendly and seem happily employed are the young kids that work there in the evenings. I will be taking my business to Walgreens from now on just to avoid leaving the store annoyed.

Gave one star because Google won't let me give less. The level of incompetence at the pharmacy is astounding. How hard is it to fill a prescription, seriously. What was supposed to take 25 minutes to fill ended up taking 4 hours. There was 5 people working behind the pharmacy counter. Wow!!!
