Staff is rude and unsure of everything. I don't remember the woman's name but she has short hair and has been there a long time. She simply cannot ever answer questions about card reloads. On 3 separate occasions she asks the manager that is on duty which is always the same guy when I go and he knows little to nothing either. My mind is actually blown seeing that this Rite Aid has 4.7 stars. I can only assume employees are writing reviews because anyone else would know different. Will not be returning!

I came here for my flu shot back in November. The kind pharmacist with light hair and a small frame provided me with fantastic customer service! I don’t recall her name, but wow! She allowed me to stay safe in my vehicle while she administered the shot. During a pandemic, I can’t express how much that means. Five stars!!!

Been here forever, even surviving the Walgreen's onslaught. Customers check back and forth before purchasing. Excellent postseason sales.
