But on the lake it’s worth 300k. “nIs he an appraiser or a painter Or a wallpaper hanger!!! Just rude. Families love their lake homes and they may be old but they are filled w memories.nThis guy is arrogant . He wouldn’t give a quite bc it was sooooo much work for 2 small bedrooms.nMaybe he should keep his opinions to himself, quote the job or turn it down but you don’t insult people.nPrice doubles bc your on the lake .
