Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have shopped at this location and the one in Ithaca. I have been waited on by 1 female employee and 4 or 5 male employees and I appreciate that they don't approach me as though I'm a girl who doesn't know anything about my car. (I don't know much but I can do simple maintenance tasks.) I mention this because I have had it happen elsewhere. They are always helpful when I have questions and the Ithaca location was great about the exchange when I bought a couple of defective headlight bulbs. I also appreciate that they are open evenings and weekends.

Great service helped me find what I needed. Checkout was fast. Everything was organized

Great place to ask questions about your vehicle and get the help changing your parts that are normally easy for some. Very courteous and polite.

Employees are not very helpful at this a location. Was handed the wrong part twice and then when I told both workers that it was wrong, they started to argue with me. The store was clean and nice and neat. That's why they got 2 ⭐
