Firestone Complete Auto Care

Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and honest. Kyle, Tyler, Joe and the mechanic that worked on my car (didn’t catch his name!) were great. I came from out of town and they accommodated me within my timeline and understood the situation. I didn’t feel pressured or misguided like I’ve felt before at chain auto repair shops. They were communicative, timely and gracious. Can’t say enough positive things!

The employees are very plesant, fast and professional. No complaints from me. I have paid more in other places for synthetic oil. Big thumbs up.

I just have to laugh....I called this store today to get a quote on changing 1 fuel filter that costs $39.....they wanted $170 for a 5 minute job. Literally 5 minutes....maybe 20 minutes because it's firestone. Never....ever... will I even ATTEMPT to go here. THOSE WHO DONT KNOW ANY BETTER WOULD JUST SPEND THE MONEY!! it's predatory behavior. I'm all set.

Firestone has a very friendly staff. They were able to get me in and out in a reasonable time and they solved my car issues. Would recommend to anyone.
