Worst bank ever. Management messing with my account that was a 2 day hold and made its 7 day. And it messed with my whole work schedule. If your a business I don't recommend to use their services!ud83dudcafud83dudcaa

From my experience & that of others I know (going all the way back to when they were Telco) service has always been good. Friendly employees who have always been willing to help with anything that has been needed.

Empower staff give their all to everyday folks above and beyond! Aside from the new location which the interior décor is in a class by itself, in our community, staff will do everything to meet your needs. It goes without saying, I highly recommend Empower as the way to go.nnI am an avid supporter of Empower FCU to friends and family. The quality of the staff's professional, friendly service is much more than you'd expect from any Credit Union in thee area, in my opinion. Equality and Diversity reigns! everyone at the Elmira Office have always been very helpful and any questions that I ever have had, have been answered fully, and of course, the rates are very good...would not hesitate to do more there in the near future...
