Just moved here. Tried to get a prescription filled. Person in pharmacy was so extremely rude on the phone.nI decided to switch to Rite Aid. I didn't even want to go into this Pharmacy to pick up prescriptionnI am in the medical field and realize that it is busy and very often short staffed. However, being rude to your customers is never the answer.nI have 2 people that when hearing my story agreed that they have had the same rudeness from this store.
Twice in a row runs out of medicine a giant drug store like CVS RUNS OUT? COME ON FOLKSnTHE REGULAR WORKERS ARE GREAT BUT PHARMACY SUCKS NO INVENTORY CONTROL
Pharmacy woman is rude and nasty. Will lie to you on the phone and to your face that your meds arent ready when they really are. Unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe her. I wouldnt be suprised if she was stealing narcotics. Avoid at all costs!
I always go to CVS Falconer because I live in the Village today i went to pick up a prescription and the girl that took care of me was very rude, like she thought I should not be there, she maybe having trouble some where but don't take it out on us seniors, we payed for everything we need, and we are there for a reason!!
Convenient location is a good thing, but the pharmacy staff is even better! Very nice, responsive folks. You'll be pleased with the service. Nice and friendly.
