My fiance and our kids visited this store while we were in the area, and when we first walked in we were greated by a younger gal, Rachel, who had the biggest smile on her face and an even bigger one when she saw our little ones! We were looking for shoes so she walked us over to the baby shoes and gave her suggestions for which ones would be the best. She brought out several different pairs in different sizes and brands. She took the time to help put them on, lace them up, and made sure they fit perfect and the kids loved them. The kids wanted a ball out of the bin next to us, so she grabbed a ball out and she played with them, they couldn’t stop laughing. She definitely made this shopping experience easy and fun! We definitely will be back and look forward to seeing her again! 10/10 experience!

It was made quite clear that they didn't want to assist an African American customer. I wasn't greeted at the door. I had to size my daughter's foot for her cleats as one associate chit chatted with a man and his son as the other associate swept the floor. They knew I was there as my oldest and her boyfriend were in the store as well and spotted me and spoke from across the store and I a card like I didn't know them and said I was going to call the police if they kept talking to me. That's when the female associate seen I was in the store but kept sweeping. Once I found out what size we needed I grabbed the style that she wanted and my oldest walked to the associate that was sweeping and asked for the size we needed. She went to the back got the size and gave them to my oldest. She didn't ask if they fit if we needed help or anything. I cashed out and left. They will not get anymore of my money. I will go to the Jock Shop were things are a little more pricey but at least I get great customer service.

When I finally got assistants from a older man who’s last name started with a n I believe he was very rude and not helpful as if he didn’t care. Very rude statements and generally a grump. At first he just stood at the front desk on his phone and when we asked for assistance on sizing he said the scale to find your size was by the bench without helping. He could tell we were angry and was very rude from there on. As long as he is working there my family and I will not be spending money there. This store will be not talked about kindly because of the employees specifically that older male.
