I would give it zero stars if I could, they sold me a rusted out Kia soul that didn't even last a year. Just driving it home the battery died. Now in a lovely hole of debt so thank youuuu! Don't trust their cars, go somewhere else, they will take advantage of you

The service is excellent. Personnel are very pleasant , helpful andnknowledgeable . The waiting area is always clean and well kept andnI have always been satisfied with my service.

Immediate greeting and turn over of vehicle. Comfortable waiting room. Car was ready with oil change and three recall fixes and I was on my way. I had a good book to read, so all in all a nice morning.

The staff at Kia are truly wonderful and offer exceptional customer service. They provide quality service at a reasonable price and they do it with a smile on their faces.

I used to like taking my car here for repairs, not anymore. They charge you a hefty fee just to tell you what is wrong. That should have been disclosed when I made the appointment. The person that works the counter has no customer service skills. They tell me that I need ball joints, I just had them replace the same parts just a year ago, they act shocked and quickly say that the parts I bought a year ago are now out of warranty and I should be happy that they lasted as long as they did. I’m no mechanic but I’m sure those parts should have lasted longer. They over charged me for getting a starter replaced, if I could have trusted the car to start I would have left, but alas I had to take it. Won’t be back. I’ve bought three cars there, was a loyal customer but that was such a horrible experience and to be treated the way I was treated.... forget it. I’m not one for leaving reviews, especially bad ones but this place should be avoided if at all possible. Not reliable or honest anymore.
