When I called NEAC, Pam was very polite and helpful. She put me in contact with H.D. at the Cleveland, OH location. H.D. Provided a smooth and painless buying experience. He was able to get me a fair deal and I went home happy. The finance manager, Shaun, was very knowledgeable and helped to get me to a payment that was affordable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely shop here again!

PURCHASED VEHICLE TO HELP REBUILD CREDIT, TOLD ME THEY REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU, THEY DID BUT NOT MONTHLY JUST SEEMED 3 TO 4 MONTHS APART, CREDIT BUREAU TOOK MY REPORTS OFF DUE TO SHULTS LACK OF REPORTING ROUTINELY (THEY TOLD ME THAT). I PAID RELIGIOUSLY EVERY MONTH, NOW BECAUSE OF THIS I SHOW NO HISTORY OF EXCELLENT PAYMENTS ETC. CALLED SHULTS NUMEROUS TIMES TO RESEND INFO AND THEY SAID THE CB DRAWS THAT OUT, THEY DON'T SEND WHICH IS COMPLETELY NOT HOW REPORTING WORKS (KEY WORD HERE? RE PORT ING...). THEY KEPT ACTING LIKE I WAS TRYING TO SUE SOMEONE WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS SIMPLY FOR THEM TO RESEND MY INFO, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THEY HAVE NOT DONE THIS FOR SOME REASON, BEEN 6 MONTHS AND A FEW CALLS TO FIX THIS SINCE I PAID OFF BUT I GUESS THEY DON'T WANT RETURN CUSTOMERS. SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS. WASN'T ASKING FOR MUCH AT ALL. WASTE OF 2 YEARS OF HISTORY. REALLY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY AT THIS POINT NOW.

Tell them to come get a SUV that you got from there because you have been laid off they take a double payment still waiting for them to come get it now they took another payment to make account go negative 5 months later they still have not come got it or received a payment
