I just got home from the North Main Street McDonald's listed here. We got a couple double cheeseburgers, a Coke, and one small fry to share. Not one single fry in the bag was edible. They were stale, cold, crusty. I waited most of 20 minutes in line, they were extremely busy, so I cannot comprehend how they had stale fries at all.nAnd.... that's at 2.29x the cost of neighboring states.nWith the prices we're now paying in the State of New York, to compensate the higher minimum wages, the food should be consistently flawless.nThe Coke we got, the lid wasn't attached, not improperly, it wasn't connected at all!!nWhat a mess!!n$12+ dollars, for the same food that would cost no more than $5+ tax in any nearby states, and 50% was just wrong.nDo better McMobile!! ud83cudf54ud83cudf5f

Consistently gets our orders wrong. Today we waited 15 minutes, got our food at the drive through. My order was completely Wong, while my wife's was right. Our receipt says a number 7 and a number 3. We got a number 7, and a sandwich marked a number 2, bacon quarter cheese. Not only was my order wrong, but it was labeled a bacon cheese and had no bacon?! I go here several times a month and it's always messed up somehow. The 15 minute wait? We could see employees arguing in the window. That was the hold up. Terrible service.

This McDonald's on North Main in Jamestown NY has consistently had the best sandwiches and fries for months now. My wife and i stopped in on the day before Christmas eve(12/23/2020@12:47pm) and they were BUSY! But, the entire staff was fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and quick. Despite the busyness of the place, they took our special orders, and delivered with the accuracy we have come to expect from this place. Even though it is not the closest to us, we always go out of our way for the quality, friendliness, and accuracy that we have come to expect. The entire staff needs a good shout out. I have been in customer service for 6 years, and these people are fantastic.
