Awful miserable tellers. Helmet Head especially. Brought in a check on a Friday drawn on M&T.nShe (Helmet Head, huge dark hair) then asked sarcastically if I was aware of the fee to cash a check if you don't have an M&T account, and asked if I'd like to take the check to my bank to cash it.nnWell, I'm actually very upset with my bank which is why I went to M&T in the first place to open an account.nnAfter that unpleasant interaction she literally threw my money at me at the counter, well over $1,000 didn't even ask me how I wanted it or put it in an envelope.nnAbsolutely the most unpleasant experience in Jamestown outside of Servpro.

The service was quick and polite. The hours for the bank are limiting but that is the only detriment to the establishment.
