Ordered food tonight,Like we have many many times. We've never had a problem before tonight. They forgot part of our order,we understand that mistakes happen. So we calmly and politely called and made them aware,they said to wait for a call. We waited and waited and waited but no call. So we called and they ignored our call,absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. Never again,never mind that they stole over $20 from me,but to make my child wait as we order her food from another restaurant....
Under new ownership. Not going there anymore. 4 out of the last 4 orders were wrong. And this time got an attitude from the non-english speaking girl who took the order, and the a-hole who argued with me. I guess somewhere Vegetable soup sounds like Buddha's Delight. Honey, if you don't want to learn the language to serve your customers, then hire a counter person who does. Your loss, I'll spend my hard-earned money somewhere else.
placed order online, 2 hrs later, and no one delivered my order. tried calling number of times and no one picks up. finally got a hold of some one and they said they will look into my order. still waiting for some one to return my call.
Good food and prices, fantastic staff. Really appreciate this restaurant in general!
They used to be 4 stats for me, the best in town, But something has changed. the food has become oily and the balance of ingredients in the mixed dishes are on the cheap side. they don't listen to special instructions anymore. And on my last order the chicken straights up was past prime with the clear taste of age on it.
