Don’t go through the drive-through. You’ll be waiting for at least 30 minutes . This is the same issue every time I come.
Great place to bank
Phone service is incredibly poor and inefficient. It's virtually impossible to talk to a real person at this location. I was continually rerouted to a national call center that could not answer any questions I had specific to this location. When I call a bank, I don't always need to transfer money. Sometimes I need to talk to a real person. There are enough employees in this location that someone should be able to answer the phone!
They tell you to call in your change order. Then they never answer the phone wen you call them. Payson location had way better than customer service than these location
I’ve been a WF customer since 2003. I’ve never had any issues with them. I do most of my transactions online and through ATM but when I have gone in to this branch they’ve always been helpful and friendly.
