The price its a bit steep for someone just entering info. Plus a fee for everything after. The clerk was fine she was friendly, did her job. No extra deductions that I couldn't get from doing myself.

Preparer was very detailed in her explanations and helped with extra questions I had. She was also very polite.

I have been using Kim as my tax preparer for years. She is kind and friendly. She has a great knowledge of whaT she does, and that makes me comfortable to have her prepare my taxes.
