Tom saved my life! The day after Thanksgiving, I had to get a tail light fixed due to a ticket. A 5-minute repair. I called multiple Monro's in the area who all turned me away for being too busy. Tom came through and even on one of his busiest days, took the time to change the bulb for me and check my oil before a long drive home! Thank you so much Tom and the team at the Auburn Monro!! :-)

Peolpe in and out without masks, staff members don‘t wear masks over nose. I don‘t recommend going there during a pandemic!

Never once had a problem at this location or any other Monro location for that matter. Ive never once thought I was being taken advantage of and I always recommend my friends and family to this location! Five stars, always.

Disappointed. I suppose I deserve what I got because I was trying to save money. I purchased AutoZone parts and brought everything to Monro for the labor. Front brake rotors, pads and sensor replacement.nThey did the work but couldn’t reset my car’s computer. They didn’t test drive the car, but I didn’t ask them to.nnTurns out the brake rotor was warped out of the factory and I ended up with a bad vibration on braking.nnI had the whole job redone in Syracuse and they told me the sensor was either never replaced, or the sensor they put in wasn’t secured and was severed. When I called to let Monro know of the warped rotor, they said that I could buy new rotors from them which they would guarantee and they’d replace them, but labor costs and cost of new parts would be incurred. Maybe this makes sense to Monro from a financial point of view, but made me feel they don’t stand behind their work. After finding about the sensor yesterday, I decided to leave a negative review. I wouldn’t go back there— despite the COVID economy, they showed no interest in cultivating me as a repeat customer. In a service business with lots of choices for consumers out there, this is not a good strategy.
