To business considering using this place. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW.nnTHE LADY ON THE PHONE DONNA IS HONESTLY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE SPOKEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. absolutely 0 PROFESSIONALISM. you ask 1 question and she starts BARKING AT YOU like a child. An, I’m right and your wrong type of argument. Lied constantly and kept saying we’re waiting for the truck. We’re waiting for the truck. Hello, 2 weeks later I guess the truck ran out of gas. NEVER will I ever even THINK of using this place again to fix a window for my business. beyond disgusted.

My insurance wasn't being cooperative (taking way too long to give me the information that I needed to have my windshield replaced) and they still took my car in and took care of my problem. Also, The woman who helped me out with my appointment and concerns with my insurance was also very nice, understanding and definitely helpful! This company replaced my windshield with the accurate timeframe and did a great job as well. I would definitely go back to them again!

I've ordered a few different times from them. They are friendly, do a good job and stand by their work. Yes, the owner is lax on when he comes in, but it looks like they recently hired someone who is punctual now to run the front desk, and she is very helpful.

I had a windshield break and filed a claim w/my insurance company. The claims processing center allowed me to schedule an appointment for mobile repair and I chose Juno's due to the fact it was local, and I try to give my business to small, local companies when possible. I set an appt. for the next day, but never heard a thing and Juno's did not show. Enter the weekend so I called Monday to see what was up. They said that the receptionist was on vacation and their email was down. Girl told me she'd try to get me in tomorrow (Tuesday) and she would check with her boss and let me know...if they could not do Tuesday we'd schedule. She said she'd call me back in one hour. Well it's about 36 hours later. Decited to go w/Safelite, windshield going in Wednesday. Customer service is key, people!!!!
