We called with an electrical problem on a holiday weekend. He was not able to come for about a day so he helped us diagnose the issue. We were able to fix it ourselves and he even told us what to look for in the future. A very honest business. Would not hesitate to call again.

I have called Bryan a few times for different issues on my camper. Very knowledgable and professional. So glad we found him. We just called him on Friday night because the heat was not working. He came out super quick to fix the issue. Highly recommend!

Brian provided a very thorough hands on tutorial about my 2006 Roadtrek. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of rig. He explained each system and device in detail and demonstrated how it all functions together. For this newbie RV owner I came away with a much better understanding of this complex machine and greater confidence in my ability to operate all of the systems.nnBrian was generous with his time and his price was more than fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a lesson or consultation about your RV.nnThanks again Brian.

Wow! There ARE still honest people in the world!!!(especially the RV world!) Brian Rowley himself showed up to my campsite on time and within 90 mins of calling! He explained everything he was doing and thinking to solve the problem with my water system. While he probably could have said I needed a whole new pump, because of a malfunctioning interior check valve, he was able to install an inexpensive exterior check valve to do what the check valve in the water pump would not. He did a complete underbelly check for any other leaks/explanations for the pump’s continuous recycling. He even checked the tap screen where he found 5??? And improved the water flow-no charge. I nervously awaited the final price - expecting at least $300 (from past experiences) but he came in under $160. And insisted I call him immediately if there is any further problem. He was prompt, professional, fixed the problem, ON-SITE, and a great value. Others could learn from his brand of customer service! Very impressed!

He was available right away to fix our water leak. He was professional and friendly, and price was very reasonable! No more water worries! I highly recommend.
