Very unprofessional shop. Went there for an inspection and made an appointment for 9am. They never got.my car in till 945 am. I never left till 10:30. Owner would rather stand outside and talk to people th an do his job.

it's a very small Shoppe. But the people are nice and the prices are good. I've been going there for over a year. Now. I've got some things done to my little old car. They do a good job. Thanks Otto Auto.

Brian is a first rate technician and has been fixing my car for as long as he has been open in Otto. He is dependable and competent and I would recommend him with no reservation. And he does a lot more than just brakes.
