Best dam delivery drivers at the Binghamton Region .

Very impressed. Delivery was not made on the scheduled day. Until l learned what happened with my delivery l was sure they had messed up due to the negative reviews. I was 100% wrong. I had messed up.nIn spite of me messing up they accomadated my schedule and went out of their way to get my product to me the very next delivery day. Every person l talked with on the phone was polite and helpful. The two delivery guys were very polite and nice especially considering they were making an unexpected delivery tacked onto the end of their work day.nI had a great experience with this company.

If I could give the negative stars I would. Horrid service. I could track my item from the shipper to this place which was quick, then when it got to this place ha it sat here for a week. Why they cant be that busy with their horrid service. I got a call tellling me they would be delivering my item on whatever date between 12-4 and they would call 1/2 hour before arriving. Well of course they never called and never made it by 4. I had to call them to find out where they were.....rude people on the phone when you call to find out where they are and the driver had an attitude when he showed up. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this delivery service

Terrible experience. 1st of all my stuff sat in their warehouse for a week before they delivered it. 2nd when they called to schedule my appointment they gave me a 4 hour window (12-4) when they knew my load was last and would be there until the end of the day. The driver finally showed up at 3:53pm. Jerks

WORST experience ever. Most rude customer service and horribly incompetent worst service like nonexistent service. Why should I wait a month and a half for them to deliver a couch that is just sitting at their warehouse when they are getting paid to deliver it.
