First Ward Park

Used to go there all the time when I was younger. Wish the pool was still there. Many many memories. Loved First ward park and pool.

Nice sized playground and swing set down the size of the park. Some flat room to run around but, not enough for say, a soccer game. But, and amazingly well kept and set up softball field. As well as a full sized basketball court. And, a beautiful memorial to world war 2 on the west end of the park.

Nice place to let kids run around and burn some energy, they had lots of fun.

First ward park is secluded and sweet. Not much equipment for play, but plenty to keep a couple toddlers and a 12yo happy(my kids). Bathrooms available on site is a plus, as well.
