I happened on Organic Yoga Studio when sheltered in and looking for classes online.nI am so happy to have found these classes which are peaceful and energetic and focused on breath and attention.nThe pace is steady and flow beautiful.nI love the morning Virtual Slow and Simple.nBryce is a great teacher!nI highly recommend Organic Yoga!
I've been going to this yoga studio for several years. The new location on Vestal Parkway is nicely renovated, cozy and comfortable from the moment you walk into the door. Bryce is always friendly and takes the time to get to know everyone.nnThe studio offers a great variety of classes, workshops and teachers. And if you have an interest in some type of class or workshop that isn't offered yet I'm sure Bryce will make it happen! Overall, I've never been to a class at this studio that didn't exceed my expectations. Highly recommend to all, especially beginners! The environment here has always been judgement free, nourishing and friendly and is a great place to get started at.
