The best yoga studio! All the teachers are amazing and bring knowledge and caring energy to the practice. Whether its a rigorous hot yoga or a quiet but opening candlelight yin class, I always feel truly satisfied. The juice bar rocks too!! ❤

Best and most welcoming yoga studio you will ever go to. Yoga instructors are some of the best and most inspirational people you will ever meet! I joined this studio after a devastating accident where I broke my legs 7 years ago and had to change to way I worked out- one of the best decisions both physically and mentally I have ever made.

I started yoga almost three months ago and I've been doing it ever since and I do have days and times when I'm faced with wishy washy days but the yoga teachers get me back on track so yes! I've recommend yoga body shop to my friends and family and now to the public I say just join it's an amazing feeling that you can start feeling the physical changes with in and out of body and mind so just give two weeks a try and you'll feel so great I promise it did for me.

I’ve never done hot yoga before and I loved it! I would recommend it anyone! Very relaxing and empowering environment. Everyone at the studio was very welcoming and I felt very included!
