The gentleman is 82 and not taking any new business. I called to see if he could repair something for me. He said yes, but I only l learned that he was closing when I arrived at the shop

Had been a great place to get hand tools and motors repaired for many years. (Not sure why another reviewer listed this as a place to use if your electric is out?!? This is a tool and motor repair shop.) Unfortunately, the owner is aging and unable to deliver the same level of service. Took an item in for repair recently. Had to keep calling (over 4 weeks) to get it looked at and he finally decided he couldn't fix it. When I returned to pick up my item, I got back a similar type item that was incomplete and not my item. Was too frustrated to try to deal with it anymore...so sad to see where it is now. This used to be a great resource in the community, but no one seems to be taking an interest in continuing it.

If your electric is out it is one of the better places to go.
