Easy in easy out..
Arica is phenomenal, she goes above and beyond! Several CVS locations were out of stock on a medication my family needed, it was a holiday weekend, and accordingly, there wouldn’t be more for nearly a week. After briefly hearing our plight, Arica looked through the computer for other locations that may have had some in stock - then drove to them and was able to secure the full prescription! Whatever CVS pays her is not enough! Thanks again Arica!
I have been a customer/ overmany years. I always found it to be a great store until lately. The pharmacy is terrible in customer services. Recently I had to go there. 3x . The pharmacy manager is so rude. She also bullieseveryone in the pharmacy. She makes a simple pharmacy pick up a nightmare. Someone should tell her to act like previous people that worked there.
Love this pharmacy until Rick left. Best pharmacist you have. Love the tech ARICA and few other of the ladies but without Rick not the same. Not sure if I am going to another company as been waiting to hear if he was coming back. He always dealt with any issues I had very quickly and with such kindness. I have a lot of medicines and he always make sure I knew what could be an issue if taken together. He is NEVER in a bad mood and always makes me laugh, even if my pain level is high. He needs to be commended and PLEASE brought back to the 345 Main St Johnson City Store in NY. If not could you please let me know asap so I can decide what I am going to do.
