They don't have anything in stock the help is lazy and the store is filthy. Instead of standing around laughing and taking to one another why not try helping customers and cleaning

I was shopping at Ulta for years but they are so understaffed and I get tired of waiting to be helped. I came into Sephora and was immediately greeted and asked what they could help me with. The lady at Sephora seemed much more knowledgeable and and wasn't pushy with products, she just wanted me to leave happy. I can't wait to go back.
