Prime Storage

Well the reservation process was awesome!! Completing it at the kiosk not so much, it couldn’t find my information, when I called they told me I needed to go to a different office to complete my order. Would have been nice if that was told in the email I received. Once order was completed, I went back to storage place my gate code didn’t work, I was given a 10 digit code. I called and was given an emergency code so I could get in. Later that day got an email stating my code, but it ended up only being a 4 digit code. Not sure why the kiosk gave me 10 digits. My advice just give the 4 digit code. All in all was great. Fix that issue and I would have given five stars.

I loved it! It's safe and clean and in Watervliet N.Y. the nicest town around Albany County. That self storage is worth the money to keep your personal items safe in between movie flexible hours self entry code and of course my security in the area my experience was a good one and I recommend it to anyone else in the community.
