it is a very difficult place to live....the school district has bizarre policies and is not taxpayer friendly.....you have no place to pay directly to....now they are not sending out the 2 half bill....so beware i have never been late with any tax bill....but due to their inconsideration....or is it a way to trap people into late fees ...this would not surprise me.====in addition to what is happening at many schools across the country the BOARDS are entities that have no oversight....they are so USED TO doing as they please they have a very difficult time listening....belittlement is dished out in excess--disrespect of the taxpayer is a discrace....SHAME ON COHOES FOR THIS BEHAVIOR
