Buying a car from East Coast has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I worked with Chris and he was easy going, patient, super informative, and accommodating.nFor me he is great salesman because he focused on selling me the right car rather than any car. My wife and I had a very nice experience with Brent in the purchase of a vehicle from East Coast Motors. After the purchase and in the course of a few days we noticed a few minor issues that we didn’t detect while test driving the vehicle. I contacted Brent advising him of the issues and he promptly proceeded to schedule the repairs. The issues have been resolved with complete satisfaction and in a timely matter. We are pleased with our experience at East Coast Motors.
The staff of East Coast Motors were very pleasant and professional. The Subaru I purchased had a slight burning oil smell and they were quick to get it taken care of. It was a very minor issue, but they were kind and helpful. The cars they sell are as good as they say they are! I was very nervous going through an online service but it was a highly positive experience.
Sales associate was very helpful and kind. We had a great experience buying our car through East Coast Motors. I will definitely consider them for future car purchases.
Chris and Brent were both great to work with. Chris stayed late to talk to me about the vehicles he had and the one I traded in. They gave me a great trade in offer and I got a vehicle that I absolutely love. By far the best car sales experience I've ever had.
