I've done business with Matthews in the past. Like country club they own an array of branded dealerships and they're all tied together. This gives buying through them some room to play and several perks - not too mention a fairly good change that you'll find the vehicle you want. Their finance managers are good, able to work with most situations - don't expect to negotiate though - their vehicles are 'priced to sell'. The only discount you'll find is from a trade-in.

Thank you Lee Brown, Sales. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Matthews Auto Group. I have leased my last three vehicles from Matthews Auto and I keep going back to them for one reason — Lee. We have many car dealerships in my hometown, with any type vehicle that you could want, but I drive over an hour to get to Matthews because of the outstanding service they have offered to me. From sales to service they are outstanding!! Their bottom line prices cant be beat! If you want to buy your new vehicle with ease, and get a great deal as well, call Matthews Auto Group!! .

This place could do better. I think I was overcharged. I will go elsewhere Besides Vestal Rd Mathews. I was charged 3 hours to change a part that I could change in 15 minutes. And I am skeptical about them even needing to have changed the part they changed. The repair is an extremely uncommon repair. I think I was charge extra because they were inefficient at diagnoses which shouldn't be on the costumer. I honestly really dislike writing bad reviews but didn't get the resolve I hoped for.

Purchased a 2016 chevy trax from Mathews, after 6,000 miles it had major engine failure! Their staff really stepped up to help us out with rental vehicles and getting our new car repaired. It took a while dealing with our extended warranty insurance but good ole' Mathews took care of everything made our life 100 times easier. There team in our opinion is second to no one in it's professional courtesy and customer service from repair work, service to their sales staff! As a former Marine I salute you all you have my gradatude. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle look no further than mathews chevrolet.
