We are on our second lease from Jack Sherman Toyota. I have been nothing but happy with them. Their service department is the best I have ever dealt with. Always fast and courteous, and simply educates me on recommendations, rather than pushing sales. Scott and the entire service department are very good. I highly recommend Jack Sherman to everyone. I recently bought a beautiful used car (you'd never know it was used it looked so good) from Jack Sherman Toyota here in Binghamton. My representative there was Mark Hall. What an easy and smooth experience! I never once felt pressured to buy something I didn't want. Although it was a used vehicle, I felt they were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car.
