The food is fine but hours arent great for those living on campus
American Dining Creations runs this venue.nnThere are several different sections to get food from, including: A grill area, a sub area, italian/pizza area, and a global area that features a different type of food depending on the day of the week (Pasta Thursdays, Taco Tuesdays, etc.).nnThe food is often sub-par quality from this location; However the service lacks integrity even more than the food. The management (in exception to Kyle, who is very considerate and kind) uses their entitlement of being the only food on campus for residence hall students treat students like cattle. And while I note that the management is awful, I will note that a couple of the employees are exemplary (Chris on the grill, Rita on global).nnI believe that once this business treats their customers as they would at any other venue (BAE Systems, UHS, and more), that not only would the food quality improve, but more importantly the service quality.
The food is not fresh at all. Soda is often flat. The workers seem burnt out and often are very rude.nnThis dining hall could use some work. It has big potential.
