McDonald's

This place is a joke and rude management. Went through drive through to place my order which was a happy meal bigmac meal and 20 peice nuggets with fries my total was 25.44 to ask the 1st window attendee to please run my credit card first then I would pay the remainder in cash. Let me explain I wanted $18 to be taken off of my card then to pay the remaining 7.44 with cash neither the manager or cashier could understand this and told me my order is paid for so not a big deal. Then stated that there can not be any specific amounts taken off of a credit card but when I asked then why my card was only charged 5.44 and I was getting only 5.44 back I was trying to show her the mistake but this manager was not trying to hear any of it very disappointing....

This location has some of the most polite and friendly staff. I work right down the road, and I am here often for coffee and what not most mornings. There is one male employee that works the drive thru in the mornings and he deserves ALL OF THE STARS. He gives compliments and says very nice things every time I see him. I don't know his name but I bet there are many people who would say the same about him.

Cheeseburger happy meal 2 slices of cheese not melted & patty was burnt. Double cheeseburger was thrown together in a mess & cold and 1 large and 1 small fries were cold. 10 piece chicken nuggets and 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal fries and nuggets were also cold.

As far as McDonald’s go, this is a great location. The drive-thru is always pretty quick and the staff is very friendly. Unlike the McDonald’s by my house, this location always gets my order right, and I usually add customizations to my sandwiches. Plus there are always great deals available in the app that this location participates in, and the procedure from app order to pick up is smooth and easy.
