Midway Lanes and Fun Zone Entertainment Center

My family wanted to go bowling and I saw an ad on Midway’s website for a deal called Quarter Mania on Monday’s and Thursday’s during the hours of 6pm-9:30pm. We got to the bowling alley around 6:30pm on Thursday only to be told we couldn’t bowl because they had no lanes available due to bowling leagues. I told the gentleman behind the counter that they had an ad on their site for open bowling during that time. The ad did not state anything about calling ahead to make sure there were open lanes or the deal being available only as teams in their leagues ended their games. I asked the employee how long the wait would be so we could bowl and he said 2 hours. He was very rude to talk to and did not ever apologize for the misleading information on their website. He also did not follow the safety protocols the alley was suppose to be following. I contacted Midway privately to let them know about this incident and asked them to modify their website if they were not really offering open bowling deals on those days and times of the week but it’s been several days with no response and no change to their website so this is your warning. We ended up driving to Ideal Lanes and had a really great time. The staff was incredibly friendly as were the other people bowling. They played music and even had a cute little dragon to push in front of the lane to help my young child get the ball down the lane. I would recommend giving Ideal Lanes your business.

Fun place for families and friends. A great place for a date as well. The food and games are decently priced.

Lanes are terrible if your trying to bowl for real and not just fun. Way to much oil. I will bowl the same way anywhere else with 100 pins higher score.

Great place to have fun and celebrate with friends and family. League's for every person beginners to champions. New fun zone features laser tag, bumper cars, and an arcade. Great prices and food offerings for all taste buds.
