Only reason I rated 3 stars is that this place should be easily accessible year round, and lit up at night; but in winter, the access path wasn't cleared, so it wasn't a safe walk on ice. These falls should not be a local secret! They could easily be a popular widely known destination natural attraction.

It wasn't opened just yet (May 1st it will be open), so I can't give a full review just yet but from what I can see it looks like a great area to walk around.
