Overlook Park

Great viewing area for Cohoes Falls. There is a wall and a fence, so it is safe for kids. There are benches and tables, and some great photo opportunities. On-street parking is available nearby.

Now is the best time to view these magnificent falls! The spring rains really make them roar, and roar they do. Also, the trees will be filling in soon, which can obstruct some views.

Cohoes Falls are one of the most under-appreciated sights of the region. I've visited them many times and always try to bring out-of-town guests to see them. In my opinion, they are second only to Niagara in the state

Beautiful view, my 19 month old daughter loved watching and did not want to leave.

Fairly small park with an overlook of the falls, would recommend going to the closer park but that one is closed for the winter and spring.
