In making my mistake I was referred to Peter Moschetti for help in getting resolution through the court system for a mistake I had made. Peter and Darlene were both extremely professional and responsive in helping me through the process. Never being here before I had lots of questions and concerns. Mr. Moschetti services were excellent, he explained everything to me and provided me with great legal representation at a great value! I did not have high hopes when the process started but in the end the outcome was better than I could have ever imagined! I would highly recommend Mr. Moschetti and this firm if you ever need legal assistance. The only thing better would have been if I didn't make the mistake in the first place. Thank you both for everything!!!!!!

I’m always grateful to AMT and in particular, Peter Moschetti, his assistant Darlene Pearce and AMT attorney Ingrid Effman. Peter took my case even though it wasn’t simple, and worked it diligently until resolution was achieved. He and the team showed understanding, humorous relief as needed, and patience (with me) all the while persevering with a no-nonsense attitude against great resistance from the opposing legal team. In the end, we won. While a physical injury is forever, monetary compensation and emotional support helps a lot. So thank you Peter, Darlene, Ingrid and all at AMT! To anyone considering legal advocacy i highly recommend this firm.
