Horrible customer service! Spoke with Marcy today about an order placed on 8/12/2020 and as of 10/15/2020 has not been received! Her lack of compassion and phone skills need major work! She was rude and condescending when I asked for an apology! Didn’t exactly know why she needed to apologize! Maybe let’s start with why it’s taken almost two months to find out where my order is after multiple emails? Maybe apologize for your attitude and why you are “just finding out about this”!! She could care less that I would dispute the charges on my credit card because her words “we’ve already been paid by the school!” Wow!! This was a school fundraiser and this is how you feel!! Horrible customer service! She spoke over me multiple times and refused to let me speak with an adult that may know how to treat a customer!nHope you like Karma Marcy because you will meet her someday!

Couldn’t say enough about this place. I’ve used Wicked Smart several times to place orders for my business. The first time they assisted me on a tight deadline and have been consistent in delivering subsequent orders on time. The quality of the shirts have been better than other places I’ve priced out with a very similar cost per unit. While their original speed is what drove me to become a customer, the consistency and quality is what has made me remain here despite it being a farther drive for me than some of the companies that offer similar services closer to my business.
