Good spot to donate for a great cause!They give you a receipt for items then you figure rest at end of year on tax sites.The tax sites usually help let you know what item are worth.

Usually come here to shop a lot and today I donated some boxes of vhs tapes. First time donating. I asked if politely if someone could help me with the boxes. They were several larger heavy ones. The woman simply said “we can’t touch anything” so I said “okay” and went to grab my boxes. One of them was pretty heavy and difficult to get in the bin plus I didn’t want to crush anything in there she told me everything had to go in the bin. I told her the box was heavy and I didn’t want to hurt myself. She just stood there and watched me struggle with the box and several more after to make sure it went in the bin. Idk how people have lost their humanity but it seems like this Covid stuff has become an excuse to be lazy. I have hurt my back in the past and It feels like I reactivated some lower back thing I haven’t felt in years. Never coming here or donating here again.

You can find some pretty nice things occasionally but their prices can be outrageous. I've found broken or incomplete items being sold for the price of new ones. There's a good reason all the other Goodwills in the area have closed, their prices are actively driving potential customers away! I'd recommend going to Salvation Army instead, as an avid thrifter I've had way more luck there while spending less money.
