Jason and 'Toyota' Jason and Shawn and the enTIRE Ft. Mitchell, Ky. team were simply incredible in their customer service. They patiently listened and worked with me regarding a new complete set of tires for my aging 2010 Corolla. From the start my ride was improved, BUT, there was this little 'slight wobble, sometimes bounce' that only appeared at around 45 mph. After a couple of test drives and swapping the tires in front from left to right, the issue moved from right front to left. Enter the ultimate balancing diagnosing system that Tire Discounter's uses for the most difficult 'patients' and the Tire Discounter's tire detectives found a slightly bent wheel! We moved the wheel to the rear until I can afford a replacement and now the issue in the rear and is barely noticeable.nnI was treated fairly and with respect. No fake damaged parts or unneeded services were presented.nnTrust.nnThis is why I continue to work with Tire Discounters going on 25 years now. Add in 6 months or 12 months same as cash and what more can you say?nnKeep up the great work!nnNote: I am not related or close friends with these folks, but they did treat me like family and friend.

These guys are great. Ive been a customer of various TD locations throughout thr years and this site is as good (or better) than any. They were friendly and professional, walking me through what I needed with precise and easy to understand language. Will definitely take my car needs to them. Big shout to Jason who helped me through most of my afternoon spent there.

Just visited this location on the evening of 12/2/20. My situation was minor, as all I needed was a tire patch, but the employees were very friendly, professional and explained exactly how the process would go (advised me that they'd plan on patching, but if further work was needed - such as, perhaps, a new tire - then they'd call me to discuss options. I stopped in around 6:30-7:00pm, and they had me ready to go that same night. I will be happy to visit them again!

AS usual, honest, informative, VERY efficient, etc. etc. Thank you, Ft. Wright Tire Discountersy...save me many $$$ Thank you, staff at Tire Discounters, Ft. WrightnnI just drop it off, and they call & let me know what needs to be done, or as was the case yesterday, what didn't need to be done. Always honest, always efficient, and usually quicker than I even think about. Great place
