The man who sold me my accord from here was respectful, yet two months into ownership a loud noise came from the engine bay, and when I complained, they said they couldn't help and the warranty is expired (I just bought the car not even two months ago?) they told me to take it to honda and I did. Honda has told me the torque converter was worn and left me with an expensive bill.
