My husband and I purchased our new truck on 11/9/18. We had had our previous vehicle (also purchased at Simply Better) for the past six years, but she was getting tired and it was time for an upgrade. Mark (Wilde) made our experience pleasant and wasn’t your typical “pushy” salesman. On this particular day, we were super tight on time and both Simply Better and the folks at Rennselaer Honda accommodated us and had us in our new vehicle within hours. Everyone we communicated with yesterday was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. We’re hoping to have this truck for many years, but rest assured, when the time comes, we will continue to purchase our vehicles from Simply Better. I've been looking for an SUV for a long time. Was here to look at an Equinox. The salesman was awesome. We talked for what seemed like forever. I couldn't purchase but when I left I had a good grasp on what I needed to do. Definately keep them in mind.

I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and salespeople over the years, and Paul Roddy at Simply Better is the first salesman I've met in a long time that I really liked and made the whole experience fun and easy. I never felt pressured and he was more than patient with me as I felt I needed to test drive multiple cars and couldn't make up my mind for a few days. The finance manager in the main dealership across the street was also very pleasant, answered all of my questions and found me a good deal with financing through the bank. My fiancé was with me for the whole process and even he was impressed with the entire experience. We will definitely be returning for future vehicles!
