I came in on Sat 3/27/21 just sort of it exploring my options. Jake greeted and started assisting me right away. He and the team really heard me out when it came to my budget, etc and made just the right match for me. They worked the numbers a few different times to get them right where I needed them. I felt I truly mattered as a customer. Very different than the other experiences I had at other dealers that very same day. Closing for my leased 2020 Honda Civic was Wed, 3/31 and everything went very smooth and it was much speedier than I even thought it would be. Jake and the team have turned me into a regular Rensselaer Honda customer! Thank you so much for a very pleasant and painless experience! I love me new car so much!!
