My experience with Joe mirrors another person experience. I test drove it in the summer so I didn’t know until not even two months later, snow falls. With less than an inch of snow my car propels down hill, as i pressed my brakes they stutter and do nothing. As I try to drive the car uphill, it slides down on its own. I am terrified, I park it and call joe and ask him to take a look. He says he can’t send anyone and I need to get it to the shop, I do. He shows up with his kid, which now I know he’s not going to look at my car. He laughs at me, giggles and shrugs and says he can’t check it because it’s passed thirty days. The car is five times its blue book value, one side of the vents work and it’s actually recalled and when I asked for the money back he laughed. He shrugged and giggled. Very shady and unprofessional. Oh his mechanic is his brother in law whom actually had no mechanic skills whatsoever, they just hired in the family.

Sold a car that does not work, refuses to fix it. Had car for less than a month. Horrible, would NOT recommend.

Joe and Brenda are really friendly and no pressure sales people. Let me test drive the car and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Financed in house for $800.00 down and $75.00 a week am overall satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend and purchase from again the future.

By far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Both Joe and Brenda were great to deal with. I have bought 2 other buy here pay here vehicles before from other dealerships and they were very unprofessional and never once offered any extended warranty options or offer to fix any issues with the vehicle begore driving it off the lot. They were both so great to deal with and would 100% consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the next few months. Great job!
