I just bought a 2007 impala lt for this place when I received the car it was making a grinding noise I brought it to Midas and they told me it needed a new sun frame so brought it back to golds and they fixed but still had the same grinding noise. So brought it back to Midas for them to check it over. They said it was the rack and pinion steering and that it also needed a wheel bearing a tie rod and the emergency brake cable was broke on both sides of the rear tires. As an estimate they gave me was 2700 dollars. So I brought it back to golds. For them to fix all that was wrong. Josh told me that I cause all them problems on the car that I had only 3 months and said that I was responsible for the repairs. My car should’ve never been inspected with the bad sub frame . So on Monday I’m am headed to motor vehicle to see if there is anything they can do for me on the bad inspection. And then I’m calling the b.b.b to report them for scamming people who are in a bind. These guys are a total rip off and I will never do any kind of business with us guy ever they tried to intimidate me on the phone. I’m going to report them to the Troy of for scamming people making a police report. They knew exactly what was wrong with the car the just want your hard earned money . Please if you are looking for a car do not and I mean do not go to them they are scammers.

Went there to test drive a car and they said they had to move around a few cars fore to test drive the one I liked and came back and they were jumping the car. Place is a scam!

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED What a joke lol

Purchased this car a few months ago. Went to get the hub assembly replaced and my mechanic showed that there was 2 out of 3 bolts missing from the hub assembly. Therefor 1 bolt is barely keeping my tire on. Which caused an extreme shaking and noises coming from the tire. I now have to replace bolts that should have come with the car.
